What sparked my interest in balloon decorating?

In April 2008, my husband and I were making our way back to the US after completing his UN Mission in East Timor. We passed through Bangkok, Thailand, and as we walked through Central World Mall, we saw the most amazing display of balloon art!

My vision is to bring to your event that feeling I experienced back then.
